I love lilies of the valley, too. They smell fabulous. I like your shot, but it appears to have a greenish/yellowish tint to it. That should be an easy fix if you are so inclined. I like the tilt.
HI Kay, I'm responding to the question you left on my blog in regards to the color cast on your photos. The best way I know how to beat that is to shoot RAW. You can adjust white balance easily in PP. Also, I'd be curious to know what white balance setting your camera is currently set to? Do you have an Auto White Balance feature on your camera? You might try using that and see what you get. If nothing else, you can always do a custom white balance with a 50% grey card, the palm of your hand or your subject's face. Let me know how it turns out. Michigan teachers have to stick together. :)
I just thought I'd let you know about this awesome action I got at actioncentral called Kents colorcast fix, it doesn't work for everything but I have found it extremely useful in a lot of situations:) I do agree w/ pp on shooting in Raw, I love the flexability it gives me :)
